Led by the talented duo of Judy Freiwirth and Nesly Metayer, our program combines necessary skill building training with an emphasis on peer support and individual coaching.
This free program prioritizes Executive Directors who: lead a nonprofit organization that is either located in MetroWest or has a significant impact in the MetroWest region; started their role on or after January 1, 2020; are in an Executive Director role for the first time OR have been an Executive Director before but are new to the MetroWest region.
